Smoking & pets: smoking only in designated outdoor areas; no pets allowed
Quiet hours: respect neighbors from 22:00 to 08:00
Safety & smart systems: operate smart home according to instructions; safely use charger and parking
Outdoor areas & amenities: responsible use of pier, boats, SUP, outdoor kitchen; maintain garden
Cleaning & services: bedding, towels, and cleaning included; ensure cleanliness at departure
Acceptance of house rules: by staying in the villa, guests automatically accept the house rules
